Terms of Service for Khatoco Automation

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Khatoco Automation application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the App or to products and services available through the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App a. The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account information and for all activities that occur under your account. c. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
3. User Content a. The App allows you to post, upload, or otherwise make available content such as text, images, and videos (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit to the App. b. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and our business. c. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
4. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Khanh Viet Corporation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability a. The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. b. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. c. In no event shall Khanh Viet Corporation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
6. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms.
